Moving Tips
If your home copier is larger than your desk, you can personally prepare it for moving by following these steps. First, remove the copier's paper tray and ink cartridge before securing the exit tray, document cover, and alternative paper tray. If your home copier comes with shipping pins, you should place them in the location directed by your instruction manual to secure the copier's internal parts.
When packing flat chinaware or glass plates, you should cushion the bottom of the box before wrapping each plate with bubble wrap or clean paper. It's recommended that you once you finish wrapping three, you should wrap them into a bundle with a second layer of wrapping material. For saucers or smaller plates, follow the same procedure and stack them on top of the larger chinaware. Be sure to separate your bundles with adequate paper.
Wardrobe boxes can be used to pack bathroom curtains and drapes as well as clothes. To pack your curtains, fold them lengthwise before fitting them through a hangar to hang in the wardrobe.
